Performance characteristics
Reliability and safety:
  1. The drilling tool rotation directly driven by the low-speed and high-torque hydraulic motor, and the mechanical seal device effectively solves the problem of high-pressure gas and water pollution hydraulic motor; The drilling tool motor has a long life and simple maintenance.

Drive mode:

2.The wheels are independently driven by the motor, and the drilling rig has strong walking and passing ability, and can be turned 360°in situ, which has superior maneuverability.
Drilling performance:
  1. The cross-section of the guide rail adopts a V-shaped structure, which has good guidance, high drilling accuracy, and the drilling deflection rate is less than 1%.
  2. The high pressure rock drilling speed is fast, and the drilling speed is 0.2 m~0.3 m per minute.
Drilling adaptability:
1.The rack and pinion cylinder is used for the rotation of the drill frame, which has large torque and reliable positioning, makes All-round rock drilling possible. 
2.Stable and reliable support mechanism (secondary supporter, main supporter p, outrigger) to ensure the accuracy of drilling. 
3.The stope height shall not be less than 3.2 meters, not higher than 3.6 meters, and the width of the roadway shall not be less than 2.6 meters.

Operation performance:
1.The hydraulic rod disassembly system reduces the labor intensity of the operator and saves the auxiliary operation time. 
2.Rock drilling operation and drilling positioning operation can be completed on the mobile console, which can realize long-distance and multi-directional operation.
