1. Applicable Scenarios
CYTJ76 mining hydraulic excavation drilling vehicle is suitable for blasting drilling in underground mines, tunnels and underground workshops, especially for small-section excavation.
2. Technical features
The width of the vehicle body is only 1.45m, with a retractable safety roof. When the roof is at the lowest position, the height of the vehicle body is only 1.8m, and normal driving and operation can be carried out at the lowest height. The maximum working area is 18㎡ (maximum width is 4.5m, maximum height is 5.2m), the drilling diameter is 41-76mm, the overall structural design is reasonable, the strength is high, the adjustment and maintenance are simple and convenient, the equipment has high operating efficiency and good economy.
Due to its small size, it can smoothly pass through the small-section tunnels. CYTJ76 has obvious advantages in replacing manual operations: taking a 28-hand pneumatic drill as an example, its average drilling efficiency for rocks with F=10-12 is 0.35m/min. CYTJ76 is equipped with a hydraulic rock drill. With the same rock hardness, when drilling 45 holes, it can handle rocks with F=10-12 with an average efficiency of 2m/min, and the drilling speed is 5.7 times that of a 28-hand drill.
In terms of drilling, since the hydraulic system can keep the propulsion beam completely parallel, the drilling efficiency can reach 5-8 times that of the air-leg rock drill.
