• Chassis

Hydrostatic transmission, four-wheel drive, articulated steering, flexible and maneuverable, safer and more convenient to operate and drive.

Adopting a transverse cab operating table, forward and backward integration, it is suitable for the narrow space of mine shafts and tunnels.

Hydraulic wet dual-circuit brake: driving oil brake, parking spring brake, fail-safe parking brake. Meet the requirements of mine safety standards.

Maximum driving speed 12Km/hour. Quick access to and from the construction site, fast transfer. Can be disassembled and lowered into the mine. When facing mine shafts and tunnels without slopes, our wet spraying trolley articulated frame can be split into two parts and lowered into the mine separately, and then installed underground.

• Boom

The boom steel plate material is made of high-strength steel plate with a yield strength of 700 MPa. The fully hydraulic telescopic and rotating mechanical arm is controlled by a German Hawe proportional valve. The spray arm is located at the front end of the unit. The non-interference can maximize the flexibility of the mechanical arm. The main arm can rotate up to 360 degrees, and the spray is uniform without dead angles. Operating range: 7m upward, 6m forward, 2m downward, and 12m wide.

• Electrical control system

Integral electric control cabinet, high and low voltage partition, real-time working current monitoring, panel operation and remote control operation for remote and local control switching.

Multiple electrical hardware protection systems. Stronger adaptability to unstable voltage in mine shafts, safer and more reliable.

Imported German IFM special controller can better adapt to the harsh environment of mine shafts, with protection level IP67, which is more reliable and stable than traditional industrial PLC control.

Intuitive human-machine interface operating system, multi-parameter operation monitoring, simple and reliable operation.

Intelligent monitoring alarm, phase sequence protection hydraulic oil temperature, liquid level real-time monitoring and alarm.

Accelerator specific gravity, cement content parameter setting, accurate display of pumping volume and accelerator dosage.

• Accelerator system

Hydraulically driven quick-setting agent hose pump adding system, hydraulically controlled proportional drive, low failure rate, high accuracy.

The synchronous quick-setting agent adding system adopts imported hose pump, LCD display and touch screen setting, and the quick-setting agent addition amount and pumping amount are intelligently synchronized.

• Air compressor system

The air supply is sufficient, 30KW electric screw air compressor, the air supply can reach 6m3/min, which meets the requirement of wet spraying.

Flexible switching, external and internal air can be switched to each other.

• Safe and reliable

Triple braking safety guarantee for chassis walking.

100m wireless remote control and 16m wired dual control working system.

The dust concentration in wet spraying environment is greatly reduced compared with dry spraying environment.

• Efficient operation

The spraying volume is 15m/h, which is 4-5 times the working efficiency of small wet spraying machine.

Using large cylinder diameter and pumping pressure of 7MPa, the probability of pipe blockage is reduced.

High degree of integration, equipped with air compressor system, no external air is needed, and site transfer is convenient.

• Cost saving

The concrete wet spraying truck has the function of automatically adjusting the addition of accelerator, and the addition amount is uniform; and it has its own air compressor, stable air pressure; the rebound rate can be controlled within 10%, reducing material waste.

Each wet spraying machine only requires two people, a spraying operator and an assistant, which reduces the investment in human resources.

At the same time, we provide a mine mechanized construction plan and a complete set of equipment with a mine wet spraying machine as the core and a variety of mining equipment, making the entire construction process more efficient and economical.
